Sometimes its the words in-between that really tell the story. That was the case with Alex, who reached out about branding his budding wooodworking venture, Grain Waves.
By leaning into his mellow, So-Cal mood and a work ethic that’s nothing short of the Mid-West, we blended the two by pulling away from the standard grinds and gears of woodworking tools, and instead focused on River, Grain Wave’s friendly Shop Dog. Throughout our talks and visits, River was a chill, loyal, and silent partner in the branding process, offering style and inspiration in the most effortless of fashions. To really reflect the Grain Waves brand, we kept the tools analog, insisting on going the extra mile to explore several inking and painting methods that provided the proper raw, authentic touch.
